STRETCHING CLUB
Wake up early or after the working day and join us for this class, our unique fusion of yoga based and dynamic stretching this will build on your core strength and flexibility helping in all aspects of your fitness journey.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. A blend of upper and lower body workouts that will challenge you at your level!

LADIES KICKBOXING
Calling all ladies! Ages 14yrs and above this is a fun friendly class to build on not only your fitness levels but learning self-defence with friends. With our teachings you will grow in confidence while learning the correct techniques

WEDNESDAYS
Workout on 'hump day' with the choice of a morning or afternoon class this is a class to suit all! A mix of martial arts and cardio this exciting workout will set you up for the rest of the week for sure!



HIIT TUESDAYS
High-intensity interval training, this is a blast workout for all as you complete set exercises at your own pace in the allotted time. Maximize your calorie-burning potential with exercises that will challenge you building your fitness at all levels!
