Stretching 6pm - 6.45pm

     HIIT Training 7pm - 7.45pm

Strength & Conditioning 7.45pm - 8.30pm

Wednesdays: 

Workout Wednesday 9.30am -10.15am

Stick class (Bulldog) 6pm - 7pm

Thursdays:       

 Ladies Kickboxing 6pm - 7pm
